Copper Fields School is owned by Options Autism 7 and is a fully owned subsidiary of P Bloom Ltd, which is part of OFG Education, a provider of children’s services in the UK.
Copper Fields School has its own dedicated management team, under the leadership of Chris Clements, Headteacher. Oversight of school management is provided by the Regional Director for Options Autism, responsible to the Operations Director Lee Jarrett and Chief Executive Officer, Richard Power.
Richard Power also acts as the registered Proprietor Chairperson for P. Bloom Ltd.
The management team is complemented by Group support functions covering Quality and Compliance, Admissions and Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and IT. Key decisions are referred to OFG Education’s Board of Directors, consisting of OFG Education CEO, Richard Power and CFO, Jean-Luc Janet, together with an independent Chairman and three Non-Executive Directors.
